Our Policies

• Deposits - Half of total rental rate is due upon confirmation with the balance due at least two weeks before your arrival date.

• Refunds - Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

• Check-in time is 3PM on day of arrival and check-out time is 11AM on day of departure. 

• Rates are subject to 10% PST. 

• Cottage  is rented from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August

• For the comfort and safety of our guests and neighbors, we do not allow pets.

• No smoking allowed.
